“ the atmosphere was nice being able to sit indoors or outdoors, nice indoor area well lit and decorated. Service was good. Food was okay, I got the chicken parmigiana which was not dry and tasted good, a friend got a steak which was asked to come medium rare and came out rare. Not too much of a problem as they fixed it for us. Would come here again, also prices were very cheap and good. ”

“ Very good place to go to eat, I got fish and chips with salad, it was very nice and tasty and very well priced, they serve all types of meats, and you can eat inside or outside, and it was good service here and the prices well very good. I would sure recommend this place to anyone that wants something nice eat, I always put things to help people find good places to go and visit, It's a big place so heaps of room to eat at this place, I think it's important to post things to help everyone ”

“ A wonderful venue for a very special reunion. I made a booking approx two months ago, and twice changed our seating area, finally choosing the inside dining area - which was excellent. Our Waitress advised at the begining that the music was on, but low, please advise if it was too loud and from then on wonderful mannakitanga for the 8 of us (plus little pepi) being well catered and cared for. We booked a long lunch 3+ hours and at no time did we feel we needed to 'wind-up'' earlier. The food was wonderful, excellent prices and to add the Chocolate Fondant dessert was amazing (just to note, another excellent feature in that the kitchen remained opened the entire time). “ Friendly welcome before grabbing a drink and being shown to our table. Great to see signs at the bar advising of meal wait times. Awesome set up in the dining area, close to the food service window. Easy to read menus with plenty of options, everyone is catered for here. Pricing was very reasonable for the food we ordered. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and didn't take as long to cook as expected. Staff and atmosphere made for a fantastic experience, thanks heaps. ”

“ As always nice work team. I was pleased that you were able to take my booking for 7 as your partner the cobb has a minimum of 8 to make a booking. Also just another thing I would like to see is a common booking system across all the George group places. As for the food and staff I was pleased to see still welcoming and friendly. The steak deal is still the best value in my book. ”

“ Went to Neighbourhood for a birthday dinner and absolutely loved the vibe. We went on a Friday night when there was a band playing outside. We sat inside, you could still hear the music, which made it feel fun, but it wasn’t so loud that we couldn’t chat without shouting. I ordered the vegan nachos and was genuinely impressed. Usually, vegan bar food can be pretty average, but these were tasty and satisfying. The outdoor area is also lovely with the festoon lights, such a great atmosphere overall. ”
